2. What’s the difference between the Steel Bow & Bow Classic?
Both the Steel Bow (20”) and Bow Classic (36”) are standalone total body workout tools. The Bow Classic allows for a larger range of motion and powerful holds while the Steel Bow’s smaller size allows for more specific muscle targeting. If what you’re looking for is a product that you can take on your travels, we recommend the Steel Bow for convenience.

3. What do the numbers & ring on my Bullworker mean?
The numbers measure the level of effort that you exert with each of the springs while the ring helps you track your progress with each spring.

4. Are these products suitable for all age levels?
Yes. We also recommend Bullworker products for older customers who are looking to stay active while increasing their mobility & flexibility.

5. Are these products suitable for women?
Yes. For women, we would recommend the 20inch Steel Bow as it might be easier to maneuver than the larger Bow Classic.

Exercise Information

1. When should I change the spring resistance in my Bullworker?
We recommend that you always start with the lowest resistance while you become more familiarized with the Bullworker products and the exercises. Springs can be changed once you can easily install the higher resistance spring.

2. How long should I rest between sets?
It is recommended that you work through each circuit without rest but that is a personal preference and you should feel free to take 30 – 60 second rests between each set.

3. How do I perform isometric exercises?
Start by engaging your muscles with an isometric hold for 7 – 10 seconds at 60 – 80% of your maximum effort. Next, perform 10 slow repetitions. Another option is to hold the last rep in the set for maximum burn.

4. I am recovering from an injury, can I still use Bullworker products?
Yes. Bullworker products are also suitable for rehabilitation as they are low-impact exercises. Isometrics have also been shown to assist with physical rehabilitation. If you’re looking for a product for stretching and pain relief, we recommend the Iso-Bow or Iso-Flo.
